The southern end of Godfrey Avenue is still accessible all day via the single lane slip road that runs parallel with the A316. From Whitton High Street turn into Bridge Way, at the end of the road turn right into Redway Drive and then turn left immediately onto the slip road through to Godfrey Avenue.
